Say, I noticed there's a Nomad ID which I don't think anyone has- should this be admin given for those who do stellar RP of non-Keeper Nomads? I think so, what does everyone else (most notably said admins) think?

I think the nomad stuff should be kept to the keepers. IE invite only. If keepers think your good enough for independent nomad ness then by all meens give em it!

Also for some factions you get the ID on 1 out of their 7 bases or something and when each base is in different house or a different corner of sirius it can be very irritating.
You can always ask passing by TAGed and IDed player where did he get that specific ID.
Anyway I would say that 1 main location for each faction where you can buy their ID would be good enough.
As long as your reputation reflects your equipment, and you don't have equipment from two sides of a conflict. No Sabres with Krakens and Tizzies, sorry.
Terrorist ID
Pilot carrying this ID is a terrorist. Terrorist ID owners can attack any lawful and most unlawful ships at will and participate in military operations on unlawful side. Terrorist ID owners are not allowed to ally with lawful forces and demand cargo from traders.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

Doesn't Kurraine already have a thread devoted to amending the ID's, though? I do believe he does...
