History and Goals Following the dissolution of the main Gallic Junkers and their casting off from the good graces of Sirius and Gallia a small time ago and many failed attempts to reunite the Gallic Junkers, a new face has arrived to unite the Junkers of Gallia. But first a little history.
The Gallic Junkers were much like the junkers in the normal sirius sector, until the Crown recognized their simplistic and nomadic nature would make them perfect spies. The Gallic Junkers became the privateers of the throne, infiltrating sirius and gathering intrigue and information for the Gallic Campaign Strategy, returning with valuable ores and industrial materials required to build Gallia’s massive navy. Without the help of the Gallic Junkers, the Kingdom of Gallia may never have become an Empire.
However, the Gallic Junkers aid to the crown seemed to be fruitless to their gain. Once the war between Bretonia, Kusari, and Gallia suddenly broke out at the revelation of the Orkney entrance, the Gallic Royal Navy expediently discarded the Junkers. Further isolated by shifts in the Sirius Junkers and the formation of the Junker Congress, the Gallic Junkers were left adrift, without meaning. The once united and well organized group fell into disarray, scattered between Sirius and Gallia, no longer welcomed by the authorities in either. The revelation of the spying led to distrust from the Unione Corse and spurning by the high-minded Maquis. Persecuted in Kusari and Bretonia and cast off by the crown, the Junkers of Gallia began to lose ground to their fellow Gallic unlawfuls; the Corse and Brigands moved into the empty pirating and smuggling roles the GJ used to fill.
Now, in the present, under the leadership of Acel la Mare, the la Mare family leads a reformed Gallic Junkers. Acel dreams of a trading and scraping empire that would rival that of the Sirius Junkers.
But this will not be easy, he needs the support of both the crown and the rest of sirius. Attack trade lanes along the Platinum Corridor, isolating the trading power of the Southern Alliance. Spy on the Colonial Republic and IMG. Disrupt mining operations in the Omegas and Dublin
At the same time the Gallic Junkers will pursue beneficial relationships with the corporations around Sirius. They plan to smuggle cryocubes, nox and hypnotainment bands out of Gallia to build a strong dependency in Rheinland, Liberty, Corsair and Outcast space, and smuggle back into Gallia nomad artifacts and cardamine, as well as raw ores such as premium scrap metals and silver from the omegas.
Ships: The Gallic Junkers will accompany the standard junker Combat Service Vessels with civilian and unlawful Gallic Ships.

The write-up looks mostly good, but I'll bring up a few points I noticed.
As far as I know, the GJ were never dissolved as you've stated - "fell into disorganisation" might be a more accurate way to say it.
I'd say it was only after the revelation of Gallia to Sirius that they actually became privateers, before that it was 'just' spying and stealing designs - the gate/lane technology would be a valid part for "never becoming an Empire" though. They didn't have any significantly-sized transports to bring back any decent amount of ores, mostly information.
About the revelation to the unlawfuls, the Corse didn't particularly get on with them at any point (although as I said, it is very vague), the distrust would be from the Council and the spurning/burning would be from the Maquis. Kusari and Bretonia is good though.
Working for GMS against IMG and CR is great, and rivalry with the Sirian Junkers and UC works too.
For getting friendly with people, I doubt you'll ever get on well with Liberty so Rheinland is your best bet for the houses. Working with the Outcasts to bring in Cardamine and the Corsairs for Artifacts is nice. Omega ore from the Rheinland companies who try to undermine (pun intended) the IMG presence there is also cool.
Other options would be:
Gaians, who supposedly dislike the UC because they sold the location of Lewis to the GRN.
Mollys, who are fairly welcomed by Gallia these days - coop against Bretonia, and working in Leeds.
GMG, against the Hogosha who will dislike you as they do all Junkers.
GC/Rogues/Hackers, against Liberty and Kusari, plus Cardi connection.
The structure I'm not so sure about, since it is kind of complex and will be rather unused unless the faction becomes huge. It does remind me of the [UC]'s stuff, which from what I saw wasn't (able to be) used to its fullest extent. I wouldn't force people to join as a family given you do get drifters and loners joining up, but it could be encouraged to have a family/tribe to represent.
Last and definitely not least, I highly recommend you change your tag - anything over-complicated is only going to slow you down and annoy people (including your own members) over time. I'd suggest KGJ| or similar.

Short said for me the only way to make GJ meaningful is to make them gallic version of the bretonian privateers.
It is logical to do so historically both French and British had their own keplers/privateers.
This solves the ship line problem and position the ID and the RolePlay somewhere without interfering with the other gallic faction Roleplay/Activity areas.
I guess this is the best bet for Gallic Junkers. If you are active enough you can ask the Devs to support you by properly adjust the usage of Gallic Military stuff for GJ ID:

Gallic Junkers
The Gallic Junkers consist of scrap collectors, smugglers and other undesirables and people masking as such. They trade with both lawful and unlawful groups. Until recently, they were used by Gallia to gather intelligence on other houses, but they have somewhat fallen out of favor since the Gallic invasion into Sirius has begun. They sometimes still act as agents of the Crown, privateering for them behind enemy lines.
Pilot carrying this quasilawful ID is a member of the Gallic Junkers who:
- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except transports. Ships belonging to Gallic corporations or allies of Gallia are exempted from this.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply. Ships belonging to Gallic corporations or allies of Gallia are exempted from this.
- Cannot ally with anyone except with Gallic lawfuls.
- Cannot use any transport with more than 3,600 cargo except for the l'Ane and Vache.
Zone of Influence: Gallia, Gallic Borderworlds, Taus, Bretonia
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
TLTR - ask aerelm to give 100% on gallic military stuff to GJ ID in order to be gallic privateer. Also I am interested to join this effort it could be fun.

duly noted, now that ive realized it, i think that privateering is the way to go, mostly against IMG in dublin and the taus, kusari corps in Kyushu, Rishiri and Nagano, and against Bretonia in any system with a gallic base in a system adjacent. Id love to do some smuggling, but if it doesnt go with the RP, its not worth doing.

My respects to Gallic junker community. We, the zoners from omegas would like ask for docking rights to chateau gontier freeport in Maine and your freeport in Provence with our supertranport barge vessel.
Priorly to doing so we have finished paperwork with Gallic authorities regarding export tax and jumping rights. We inquired about status of your freeports in Gallia to be allowed to dock as we are zoners and got reply that all issues we apply directly to you regarding those ports.
I suppose then that they recognize those 2 outposts as free haven. We are planning mostly to buy neodimium magnets , molydbenum and use just docking bays in your base. You can hope to get robotics , copper , silver and cobalt. Maybe we can interest even someone to purchase your famous Nox, but doubt we would personally haul that stuff.
