Nomad cloaks already have much longer warm-up times. 30 seconds for the Nomad snub cloak and 45 seconds for the Wild snub one. The "human" cloak is still significantly faster to charge.

Increasing their charge time and duration is definitely an improvement in both areas.
Yeah we should favor other cetain types of players as always. What you call poor gameplay is just posturing for 'remove what gets in my way' when its been this way for years and was not really causing any problems, except to those who claim its a waste of time to be here unless their opponents always die easily.
Ok so you wanna make this fair? Time for regular CD's to no longer work against charging cloaks. You want your 20s so bad, use it well or lose it. Or we just finally killed cloaks except to lurk pointlessly or evade an interaction completely.
Think of something other than that selfish drive for blues on an rp server and remember that denying you a blue also requires skill, and should be perfectly legit to rp. Boo hoo hoo if you get so angry and hormonal over losing a kill because you're playing a more compicated space game than star conflict.
The best way to fight back against the gankers was to dissappear on them while they frenzied to gun you down! I never even complained. Its fair to gank, should be fair enough with 10s charge time while being spammed with 3 CD's on your butt. If you let up and one gets through, thats an good achievement for them. PVP'ers addicted to blues ruin things to suck in a few more from those who probably put more work into their situation. I have like 10 small cloaks that are useless. NEMP's gone and useless. All to save weaker minded players from inconvenience when they should have been told the whole time to suck it up!
So,some newbie snub manage to activate cloack and escape from ganking and you decide to increase charge time ,because you want to do what, save your CD ammo?
That is stupidies reason i hear for change and balance.
Tired of lauching one CD every time you desheild snub? Thats one CD 9 secunds after you deshield him, if you deshield him every 5 secunds, that 14 secunds betwen each Cd lauch, to much for you ? By the time you deshield him 10 times, he will already be dead, uless you really suck in battle (or oponent really good, and in that case, he will not run away).To cheap to spend 10 CD per newbie?
Light cloack was only way for newbies to survive, i know that from first hand , and fight other day,this change is meant to take that away from them and alowed more easy blues ,you are getting thin of them,because you chase away newbies by selfish changes like this.
