Yes, the Pretorian is a slow bomber and somehow easy to hit with a fighter, but i remember some of them being very hard to hit, i too think that 90% depends on the skill of the pilot.
But let's be true the old Praetorian was better in overall better than the opponent Falcata, now the scales are more balanced.

Might be, but still it's not a reason to leave things how they are now, imo. Well but anyhow this is up to Mjolnirs team to decide.

Enough said?
Heavy bombers are win. I don't know why you're complaining. Would you prefer the Praetorian to be a light bomber and have a powercore of suck? Personally I'd prefer the Falcata to be heavy..
its waaaaay too small to be a superheavy bomber. - out of the three bomber classes we have, the praetorian is a neat little "heavy" bomber... it is nither a light bomber like the mamamoru, nor is it a superheavy bomber like the rheinland superheavy.
if you wish it to get another CD slot, we can gladly increase its size by 100% - THEN it ll have the size appropriate to match the superheavy class with three torp / cd slots.

Barghest is super heavy.. pret is only heavy.
You are trying to compare wrong ships here.

Corsair ship "traditions":
Thick armour
Big powercore
<strike>Lots of weapon points</strike>
annoying models
Slow turning
Borderworld ship "traditions"
light-medium armour
small-medium powercore
easy-kill models
fast turning
*additional forward facing turret
*light mass
Now... we all know. We can't change a good old tradition just like that... it would be just wrong...
Im fine if praetorian is a heavy bomber, but add a extra CD spot then so it can really -be- a heavy bomber
Nah, no need for any cd here. The ship is good as it is except for gunboat turning reaction.
