Added a new temporary rule amendment for Zoners:
"For the duration of the event, Zoner IDs may treat other vessels carrying Dark Matter Shielding or Dark Matter Storm Data as Zoners for the purpose of ID rules for defending other Zoners."
Interspace and IC| removed from Lib corp event at Skorak's suggestion.
BHG won't be added to this particular event - I suspect the unlawfuls have enough on their plate as it is.
Hellfire aren't a local faction that fits into the story change this event relates to, so I'm not going to add them to the autobounty system. You're still welcome to participate however.
From Rogue and Hacker players, feedback would be appreciated on whether Zoners should be added to your autobounty. Both groups have always got along well with the Zoners of FP14, but does short term greed and opportunism outweigh historic mutual respect?
Current tally:

Speaking from Rogues perspective here. We are not really actively targeting any vessels going to and from the Freeport - Zoners included - so adding them to autobounty wouldn't make much sense as they are generally granted unhindered passage.
I've been letting most of the guys helping the Zoners go, as the FP14 zoners haven't ever kicked us out and hate the lawfuls as much as we do, 1mil passage fee occasionally but we usually don't touch them. When we do pirate that 1 mil passage fee, they pay no problem and i've never had to kill a zoner so it would be pretty pointless.
only people to attack me so far were a freelancer that didn't know the rules, a bowex battle transport that got cocky, and the lawfuls that came there to kill me anyway, so the bounty thing on zoners won't be necessary.
I'm very sorry to everyone for the delay in formally closing these events down (the sell points have been disabled since the patch release). The post-release churn has kept me busy, but it'd be remiss of me not to post the results to show how everyone did. As explained in the first post, this event was purely intended to provoke RP, so there are no formal outcomes resulting from it. A hell of a lot of you made a great deal of money however.
Anyone who participated is entitled to claim the "Federal Humanitarian" forum title by posting in this thread. Scores were as follows:
Oi devs, I get that some people will never be pleased. But the work you guys put into stuff like this really shows, and the majority of the players I know LOVE events like this one. Keep up the good work, and just know that we really appreciate you guys!
