Dane,you really think that tbh is in first case pvp faction?
In second,what will you as a corsair make when you have every day invasion in home system thst dock on fp everytime when it is escaping...
Or even when you have some zoners in one fleet with hessians attacking your home and docking on fp to escape...i will really know your opinion

PVP Faction? Yes. Did I say that was a bad thing? No. I'm in a few PVP factions myself.

Second, If I was a corsair player having to suffer constant invasion everyday, etc, I'd probably be just as vocal about it as the rest of you. My issue's with the corsair faction have been its representation by its players, not its reaction to the rp of others.
Needs more sparta, and less mexican gangbanger, for one.

Also, I tended to run my freeport very differently then the norm. Bindo kinda gave me props for it. During the Omega War, I told lawful house militaries that I would shoot them if they got within 5k of the station, and I followed through on it, no matter the amount of criticism I got in the forums. And guess what? it worked.

With Freeport One, lots of both in-game\in-forum\in-skype RP\talks was done to forge a working relation with the Corsairs. LOTS of work. The idea was to cut against the grain of zoner diplomacy, and treat FP1 as its own diplomatic entity. And guess what? it worked.

And now your saying "none of that matters, we'll blow you up anyway, despite the fact you've been a total bro, and done everything we asked" ?

FP1 has never had any relations with the Omicroners. We asked them to help us during the Omega War, and they said no.

In fact, one showed up in our NFZ once, and chewed us out for something, can't remember what it was. We told him to take a hike, and nearly shot at him because he wouldn't.

Oh yeah, we also killed a BHG Core for poaching sairs in our NFZ.

So whats that again about something bad we have done?

Yea, I know, anyone who shoots Zoners is a PVP faction. Call it what you will, I don't really give a good damn. I am going to run my faction the way myself and my faction members choose to run it. You don't like it, we have a feedback thread if you want to post there, up to you.

Fact of the matter is though Dane, what have you and FP1 done to help the current situation, I have not seen communications from FP1 to 9 or Corfu suggesting that they are messing things up for you. This has nothing to do with you or your connections to the Omicroners, it has to do with putting pressure on all Zoners to put pressure on the factions to fix the problem. Thats part of the problem, Zoners think that if they are not the ones directly causing the problem, it shouldn't effect them, when the hope is actually to motivate all Zoners to work to fix the problem, to put pressure on the people who make the decisions.

You don't like our rp that's fine, to think we are just in it for the blue message and have no rp shows a lack of overall knowledge about the history and role play of our faction, which has always strove to be more politically radical then the rest of the Corsairs.

There are reasons for what we are doing, if you don't see them, that's cool, but it doesn't equate to no rp. TBH has been around a long long time, and a pvp faction is not a description that is usually assigned to us, but if that is how you feel, good, that is how you feel, I wont lose sleep over it.

I'll bug Tigger about it - but the default reaction most Freeport's like to take is to not get involved with things that dont affect us. This obviously isnt the case, which is why I can agree, that some forum rp needs to take place.

I dont like mexican\latino gangbanger rp of most corsairs. Those folks who aren't american might not understand why that kinda rp is frustrating and not at all respected (at least by me).

as i see it,,, zoners, including official factions are screaming that they are zoners, and united only when they need it... when they have troubles from that they say something different...

best will be make own ID for all of them... who will be zoner,stay zoner with all the consequences... who will be omicroner, freeport lover or something will be that, but he will be treaten as any other player with that ID with all advantages and consequences....

because first and biggest cause of this problem is that you are saying that its ok for you to scream how neutral to all you are in the same time as we are looking as cap fleets of all our enemies are docking on your base before/after they attacked our home...
