Well none can force you to fly under the same tag and faction with your friends right?
So none can force them to do so.
You can report them only if they combine ships that are from hostile factions to shot bases, otherwise they are untouchable from rules PoV, you can however punish them in-game with in-game actions.
Space is dangerous deal with it.

Hmm since when does a PoB respond on a conversation when being shot at with turrets?

Had not realised you were one of those mentalities rather than playing within the spirit of a game.
How about something more obvious "6.9 You must follow the restrictions/allowances of your ID, as well as the diplomacy of the NPC faction it represents. If your ID does not represent an NPC faction (generic IDs), then your reputation and conduct must match the actions of your character. You must not dock at bases that your NPC faction is hostile to, or attack allies of your NPC faction"
Many of the bases are being destroyed by friendly id's.

The only thing that is slightly breaking the rules in this images is the Legates with Xeno IFFs- they can get a warning for that maximum punishment for wrong IFF- you can go ahead and use this image to report them if you wish.
None stops same people to fly different ships in different factions right? May be you are mistaking the people at the PC chairs with the characters in-game- well the people can be the same while the characters can be different- it solves your issues.
They described it in the interview, different forces all across Sirius- it is not against the rules to kill bases with ships. It is not against the rules to have different ships. Roleplaying with guns at bases is roleplay and it is required to play here as well.
It is not against the rules to brag about it as well.

Lots it somewhere indeed, but still i like to play the game very well. Trying to start and bring my RP fun back atm.
But these are just loopholes people tend to use same as within the o-74 issue.

I doubt if the id will be friendly, but how many times did you see in the past players shooting down illigal bases with lawfull id's which where basically good against the bases they shot down? Or another example look at o-74. Zoners shooting even their own kind. (sorry not want to turn it into that direction).

so basically, what I've gathered from this thread is that these people are doing what they do via loop holes and exploitation's of the rules, therefore the admins cannot do anything?
Im pretty much the same line of thought with Lythrilux, all I can see with people is just talking about rules and their action deliberately done to avoid being sanctioned. What happened to the "excellence to an other" in the server ?

get us new admin team?
because serious. that is definitly trolling with anything you can via that ''loop holes''. Id definitly kick their ass for that right at the start of that. Not after alike 2-3 months as usually takes by Admin team
