Ah yes, I honestly forgot there are stuffs like Navy Transports. Good points @"=Sharky=" @"Auzari". That's mistake on my side. The actual reason why I pointed it out is more that I see no reason why a Pirate ID player wouldn't prey on e.g. Kishiro Hawk in House Space. Also, as for so-called Pseudo-Terrorist ID - I'd love to point out the fact that Outcast ID is a such, having almost Sirius-wide ZOI, except for Rheinland, Gallia and several other systems.

That's actually a good advice. I didn't know I can do that, since it would qualify for self-defence in case of Pirate ID.
Also:

I'm all for it, actually. It's quite annoying to shoot transports while awaiting for anyone to cross you (especially if you log in low-pop time) and get only two types of items which are useless unless you prey on NPCs to get POB Oxygen and Water.
Pirate ID can apply Piracy on ANY freighter, transport or liner. Which means you can pirate either lawful traders, and Unlawful traders (example: Outcast Trader, Rogue Pirate Train with their respective IDs)

My personal opinion is that Outcast should be able to attack or/and pirate in Omicrons, Taus, Sigmas and Bretonia only. Why? That's because in Vanillia it was clearly stated they work through proxies (mostly due to being small in numbers), such as GC in Kusari or Liberty Rogues or Lane Hackers in Liberty. In Liberty and around it, for example, Outcasts should be able to defend their allies only.

Except you know in Vanilla there were still Outcast NPCs pirating the lanes in Liberty, because before Discovery decided Outcasts should be slavers the thing that Outcast pilots brought back to Malta was actually pirated goods from the lanes on their way out of Liberty.
Current ID is fine. Like others have already say it, if i wait near trade Lines for traders to pass, i dont alowe anyone to stick around (except other pirates), i tell them to get lost or i will chase them away.
