Kumamoto was moved into sigma17, but Farmer ID did not update to reflect that. Farmers have no zoi in the system their base is.

Wichter Station in Sigma-15 is an ALG Base. Do we need Sigma-15 as ZoI then?

There is a line which says: "Can attack ships which are in violation of Kusari laws or belong to a house or organization considered hostile by Kusari within Kusari house space. Other intelligence factions have "their Zone of Influence" here instead. If it is not a bug and is intentional, then you can not attack in bordering systems?

According to FLStat & NavMap it looks like Ecommoy still has its old Infocard from Maine. The Base moved to Picardy a while ago. Still information from Maine like Sarthe Ice field, Picardy Jump Gate or Chateau-Gontier in the Infocard.
"Muhu Lava Field"
"Little more than scattered, molten remains ejected from a protoplanetary collision, Rheinland coporate vessels have repeatedly been sighted in and around this area, apparently thinking along the same lines as Bretonia Mining and Metals. If there are valuable resources to be found, it is only a matter of time until conflict arises."
Minor oversight here: It's Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing. Not Bretonia Mining and Metals.
"Ibiza also monitors the eastern approaches to Malta. Ships coming from Omicron Beta and Omicron Eta are routinely scanned by the station. To deal with would-be hostiles, the station has small group of defenders permanently assigned to it - additional ships can be summoned from Malta within minutes."
The Omicron Eta info needs to be removed from the Infocard. The system don't exist anymore.
Kamisu moved to a new location in Honshu in one of the latest Updates it seems. Planet Hikari didn't. But the Infocard still say: "Kamisu Base is a small outpost the Farmers Alliance recently established in orbit of the Hikari planetoid"
Either move the Planet to the Base again or remove the Hikari info. The latter seems to be the easiest way.
==================== Type: Systems Bug: Something's wrong with Omicron Chi Nebula ====================
Low priority bug: Omicron Chi's system-wide nebula doesn't have a cloud once you leave it, only exterior poofs. Pretty sure that's not intentional.
Edit: It's only looking like that when you are looking at it from the side. I first thought it was a problem with the shape of the nebula but it's full spherical. The issue doesn't show up when you look at the thing from the north/south, though, just from the east/west, with the nebula being invisible at the zenith.
Not really meant to be seen anyway and Chi will be redesigned in 4.91 part 2. -Xalrok
Whenever you jettison cargo from the civilian carrier Bustard it causes the ship to do flips like no tomorrow when stationary. The only way to avoid the major flips is to maneuver straight down while jettisoning. This still causes a collision and still flips the ship, just not as much as not moving at all.
I initially noticed this bug when jetting Iridium ore. With iridium ore, large and small amount of jetted ore would cause the flips. Later I returned to station and tried other commodities. Using H-Fuel I jetted a small amount and the ship did not flip at all. When jetting a large amount The ship did flip 45-90 degrees when stationary. I am unsure if this is because of the ore not being modeled as a cargo container when jetted or not.
The simplest resolution I see is to raise the point at which cargo is ejected (or becomes physical after ejecting)
