Hello hello, I just want to say that GCs are the best in pvp or in rp. I enjoyed my experience fighting one of yours. I must admit, you have the art to not gank a solo player and for that, I thank you.

So I just want to say that as an official faction, I sort of expect more intricate roleplay from GC than watching the playerlist and ambushing 3 transports with bombers at a jumpgate and doing /1 /2 pew. I was flying with two family members tonight, was asked more than double the usual extortion rate, tried to negociate in good faith since we litterally had spent the night gathering helium, we had about 100k worth of credits between all three of us and you guys preferred to blow us up and engage in /1 /2 instead of actually trying to be more than NPCs. Yes getting blown up is part of the game, but we already have K'hara that does that indiscriminately. With 9 people logged in, 2 of which were Mastsumoto.Hotaru and Yunoki.Misaki, 3 of which were us, leaving only 4 other people online, it was no coincidence that you showed up where you showed up, when you showed up. We all know that gankers use playerlist and abush, that's cool, I personally don't because it's meta but I don't expect you guys to have the same upstanding behaviour. However same player list showed you three level 70 transports meaning they don't even have 1 mil on board to pay, and RP was done around that, but you preferred to just blow up three transports which you found through player list abuse, which couldn't PVP, and made unreasonable demands so you preferred to just troll and destroy us. I think the server would do better with constructive in game RP than just trolling and ganking, my humble opinion.

Now that we dispelled the /1 /2 claim, lets move on.

your second claim is the two family members. We both know you are multiboxing. For starters, only one of you was actually talking the entire time. The rest just sat around idly like bricks. Even when we engaged them, they didnt move at all. Only after alpha died, you quickly moved to another of your ships and it started moving. We had very strong suspicions of multiboxing. Thank you for confirming this. I would suggest stopping this as it is against the rules.

There is no such thing as extortion rates. You were flying 3 5kers filled with Helium. 10mil per ship is well within reason. You were given two options. Either pay the 10mil or drop the cargo. Selling it at a proper destination would have netted you over 30mil a load. That is still 20mil profit. If you didnt have that on you, that is your problem. Its always wise to keep some money on you for things like this or suffer consequences. The loss of cargo is one of them.

2 bombers does not constitute a gank. If there was more than 1 person controlling your ships, if you had weapons and decent armor, you could have fought back pretty effectively.

I am not going to argue with you here on what is meta or not. But collectively suiciding in Theta to save yourself the trip back when you just offloaded the helium with a junker is. So lets not go there. Its the reason you got our attention in the first place. So please... if you want to talk about upstanding behaviour, stop using cheats and exploits, okay?

And finally, the only reason why we engaged is because you were trying to be a smartass and shoot the cargo.

The only thing that we both know is that you think very, very highly of yourself as the Queen of GCs and all of Disco, we'll leave it at that. There are at least a dozen people on the forum who know, and have seen and heard, me play with my family here, so while I don't want to engage in personnal attacks, you can stick your personnal and wrong assumptions where they belong, and I don't owe you ANY explanation about that or about my family. If the admin has questions, devs, which have seen what they need to see already, can relay that information to the admin and close that door right there. You can get off your high horse now.

With that out of the way, I thank you for posting the entire chain of events, it'll save me from uploading the screencaps myself. So again, you flat out abused the playerlist and metagamed (of course you won't address that), and camped the gate. And let's not fool ourselves here, your intetion was always only to troll and gank. You didn't try to play along, you never inteted to play nice, and not only that, but after we complied with your demands, YOU SHOT US DOWN. Not engagement RP, nothing, just attacked us. I would expect that from a new player Pirate ID, but from an official faction, I think everyone on Disco holds you to a higher standard.

So you may continue to think highly of yourself, or you can take this feedback for what it is ; which is that the "RP" you had today was of absolutely no contribution to the server experience and was a crass and lowly attempt at trolling, nothing more.

Classic. Why can't y'all just interact with each other like normal beings? Roleplay is literally in the name of the server itself, y'know. Pirates actually existing should be encouraged rather than throwing some walls of text on the forum about the loss of 10 million credits. The only thing such petty drama will achieve is force away even more of the existing playerbase (source: I have myself returned yesterday from my break caused by exactly such behavior)

your second claim is the two family members. We both know you are multiboxing. For starters, only one of you was actually talking the entire time. The rest just sat around idly like bricks. Even when we engaged them, they didnt move at all. Only after alpha died, you quickly moved to another of your ships and it started moving. We had very strong suspicions of multiboxing. Thank you for confirming this. I would suggest stopping this as it is against the rules.

There is no such thing as extortion rates. You were flying 3 5kers filled with Helium. 10k per ship is well within reason. You were given two options. Either pay the 10k or drop the cargo. Selling it as a proper destination would have netted you over 30mil a load. That is still 20mil profit. If you didnt have that on you, that is your problem. Its always wise to keep some money on you for things like this or suffer consequences. The loss of cargo is one of them.

2 bombers does not constitute a gank. If there was more than 1 person controlling your ships, if you had weapons and decent armor, you could have fought back pretty effectively.

I am not going to argue with you here on what is meta or not. But collectively suiciding in Theta to save yourself the trip back when you just offloaded the helium with a junker is. So lets not go there. Its the reason you got our attention in the first place. So please... if you want to talk about upstanding behaviour, stop using cheats and exploits, okay?

And finally, the only reason why we engaged is because you were trying to be a smartass and shoot the cargo.

The only thing that we both know is that you think very, very highly of yourself as the Queen of GCs and all of Disco, we'll leave it at that. There are at least a dozen people on the forum who know, and have seen and heard, me play with my family here, so while I don't want to engage in personnal attacks, you can stick your personnal and wrong assumptions where they belong, and I don't owe you ANY explanation about that or about my family. If the admin has questions, devs, which have seen what they need to see already, can relay that information to the admin and close that door right there. You can get off your high horse now.

So again, you flat out abused the playerlist and metagamed (of course you won't address that), and camped the gate. And let's not fool ourselves here, your intetion was always only to troll and gank. Now let me explain to you how nerfed bombers are vs an actual VHF. Snac doesnt instakill anymore and the guns have so much spread that 80% of the projectiles will miss a target that is standing still.

Despite I havent fought bomber VS vhf for a year I can remember that this is not really an issue with 2 emp 2 blaster and 2 gatlings plus snac aint dealing 0 dmg to fighters. 3 v 1 is always bad. However I dont disagree I did 3 v 1 to gc (hogs killed gc solaris gb Who interruptes us 2 v 2 iirc). However be in mind that it depends on the case.

Try flying a bomber with that setup again with how its currently balanced. The gatlings are absolute garbage now. You hit the nail on the head. You remember how they were good. Yes they were good, not anymore.
