Well you cannot because the people are not NPCs and sometimes they are in bad mood and cross the line....

Make them write bios? No, bios aren't exactly a joy to write, neither do they do your... Interaction skills much good. Also, writing them can be tedious, especially writing them on command.
So no, I don't really see the point of doing that.
Angels should be paid by admins for every poor soul they take from sanction reports and turn him into a player who knows what's he doing and how's he roleplaying.

But seriously, imagine mwerte tutoring people on roleplay and piracy and whatnot.
this idea is good, but iam afraid of abusing this, i. e. someone can hire a "ghostwriter" for his story. Than it seems so, that he has written the story, and got a lesser punishment. Thus, it is a well new Business idea to write stories for someone else related to the words in the story. Maybe 100 Millions for a 1000 words story? *just joking a bit*
