If you had a bit decency Akura you wouldn't post anything like this here, because we all know who choice to put 8 nomad turrets on scorpion and gank people with bunch of them. May be that's why this type of faction concepts dont work well, if all members are hypocrites like him I see no point of normal discussion.

This is what annoys me about them. I can easy join any of them, making second forum account and playing by the rules of the said faction isn't that hard, but I dont want to be member of them cause I dont want my RP to be so nazi-like dictated by someone.
Most of the faction-only IDs don't have overpowered equipment. Quick rundown would be: SCRA - horrendous ships; flying coffins near enough. That's why you get their members trying to fly Odins instead of Insurgents (le sigh). Not sure about the guns though. I believe they are in fact very good. HF: Clone equipment of the Lane Hackers. CR: Clone equipment of the IMG (until next mod anyway. Then again, .86 is only a myth so it'll always be IMG:P). RoS: Clone equipment of the Outcasts (I believe - may be wrong).
With that out the way, you've got the three Nomad factions, which... Er. Yeah. You may well have a valid point with them. You have to make a decision on whether or not compensations should be made to technology based on RP and whether or not the players will be outnumbered, I guess.

I speak in general with the factions with OP equipment. It is quite clear to me that CR RoS and HF are not point of the discussion about OP equipment. They also dont posses quasi terrorist IDs. If you think that SCRA guns are not overpowered on Odin ships you are wrong. SCRA have bulky ships- may be that's why their weapons have decent refire rate, decent speed and codes like dps. On Odins they are quite deadly,if you dont believe me check the dps on standard Hessian Odin, SCRA equipped Odin and Code equipped Odin.
I can also say- Corsairs have bulky ships - let the corsair guns be with 750 speed.... cause the ships are bulky....
Bering outnumbered is part of the game, it is moot point since it affects everybody playing the game. Lets give better guns and ships to all factions in Sirius because they might be in situation where they might be outnumbered?
I would not even speak about the Nomad factions guns and ships,and telling me that CR etc uses etc guns dont answer my question, and the question was directed to Athenian- someone who can actually give any normal honest answer, not telling me stories about stuff..

Ups sorry,he commened the Wilde ID and that is the choise of other players to be hostile against Wilde,not Wilde players problem. I just pointed out the fine Wilde RP shooting hegemons with OP gbs because of the lulz.
But I can also point out that is a pleasure to fight Full nomad blaster Katana with Inferno cannon- 3 different kind of overpowered technology combined....
About the Osiris- frankly I dont know nor I care,(somewhere someone said that corsairs are the best shipbuilders in Sirius I dunno) since everybody can buy it, it is not restricted for bunch of people so it is np.
Panzer no point to speak about CR here, since CR dont have OP stuff and dont behave like the rest of the said factions- major Kudos to you because of it.

Yeah, like Jeremy said, the Iseijin have never used Scorpions, and never will. Nor do we use full Nomad Turret Gunboats.

Nor should any Iseijin ship be using any more than 50% Nomad Tech, they're a bonus to existing weapons. Though I have proposed some completely seperate Wild Prototypes with balanced stats, and thankfully, the Rheinland and Kusari ships are fairly similar so they balance well together.
The Iseijin use the Wild ID because we missed the chance to get our own after 4.85 went final. The Iseijin will really need it's own ID that's a copy of the Wild one, with a few lines changed and different repninjas.
While the Repninjas work for the Das Wilde who are a brute force military hand of the Nomads, the Iseijin are much less aggressive and intend to use diplomacy as a weapon, as well as actual guns.

They are the people who brought you the Tridente and the Legate also (which are overpowered if you face one but not if you are in one). And the Kusari Destroyer and the old Red Catamaran and the 4.84 BHG gunship (sniff) etc... so this thing of letting overpowered stuff out there appears to be a habit they are finding difficult to break. Thankfully only a few players have access to these incredible weapons and ships thanks to these faction's incredibly elitist and restrictive recruitment process and the fact that we see them every Friday night down the pub, and invariably hold them to account over their PvP whoring by denying them peanuts with their beer.
