Hi!
I love the simplicity of the faction page: here.
I might be a bit too picky, but wouldn't be better that you add a reputation list toward groups? By example:
Ally: Imperial Shipping
Enemy: Corsairs
etc...
Else than that, so far, I saw a good interaction in game. Keep going!

Thanks for the feedback!
We're considering adding a rep sheet, but until more political RP is established between Weiss and other factions, it will be identical to the IFF. If we add a rep sheet, it will preserve a simplistic and readable design.
A very sad happening. Weiss were fun, proactive and generally a pleasure to be around. Good people, fun times. Your impact on the community was a most certainly positive one.
Our TLDR:
Catto and I started together in May this year.
It took a while to get accustomed to Discovery's nature and workings to be able to "play the game".
Slowly understanding economics, systems such as mining, trading, the base line of pvp and most and foremost the general rule-set of the server.
It was a short and quick journey of quickly getting into player owned bases, seeing how those work and the long "rat-tail" they have behind them in terms of work upkeep and similar.
After investing multiple hundreds of millions of credits into at the end 3 bases. Grinding Trading, mining, trying to get people to work and play with us it did feel heavy on our minds.
Catto himself being the social person, getting into talks all around the board, me staying behind him, helping with every task I could while having his back.
Our Feedback and Impressions to the game in the end is:
It's too much of a grind. Trading takes as much time as being an irl delivery driver to attain wealth in a way to be able to properly take part in player transactions.
The PVP level of those who play this game for decades are too high for those who want to try to fight.
Roleplay is "offloaded" to the forum mostly which on average contains fandom level writing of showing off who has the coolest OC.
Discovery is a PVP server, /1 /2 roleplay is encouraged.
This is our reason to quit the game. Maybe we progressed to fast, essentially getting tired of speedrunning all there is. Maybe we just weren't the right fit.
Guys. I know it's minuscule in the long run but let me tell you one thing: don't let that one encounter kill the vibe for you. I have hit the same wall once (or at least, I think it was that same wall) but it didn't impact me as much as it did you due to me running most of my trading as an indie at the time and not leading an upstart faction. I had to step on the throat of my pride and ambitions somewhat but it really did me well to eventually.
I approached it in much more relaxed manner, mixed in roleplay and didn't chase earning all the credits in Sirius.
It comes and is goes, hyperfixation really kills it. Play the game for the fun moments, enjoy it yourself and see that your members do too. If you achieve some higher goal – good, if not – better luck later on, it won't run away from you. Unless the server shuts down, but it's same to say it's nowhere in sight yet.
It's not much, but I hope my little wisdoms helps you. Don't loose heart, Weiss were doing great, and losing them due to that single moment would be a shame.
