- Cannot be attacked by any other players except in Guard systems or by mutual agreement.
- Cannot join any faction, except factions that are Neutral themselves.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships.
- This ID can only be given by an Admin and may not be transferred or replaced without Admin permission.
