I love this Template, I'd like to know how do you add your own image to this?

As Alex said, that's the line you use.

Link is optional, center helps keep the image placed neatly, and the first part is your image name.
In this template you need to put the double brackets around your image because that allows you to specify size as well.
in order to specify the size, look at the JSI example: [[image:JSI.png|center|100px]] As you can see here, 100px (short for pixels) is about the right size for this template.
