Brewed from roasted Stuttgart malts, Rheinbier gains its distinct aroma through the cold fermenting process that is specific to the breweries of Rheinland. Its signature pitch black colour and toasted flavour is acquired due to the selection of only the darkest of matls for the brewing process.
