Liberty Ale is brewed from malted cereal grain with a strain of brewer's yeast which ferments the luquud quickly, providing it with a sweet, full bodied, fruity taste. Hops are added to prevent spoilage and this adds a bitter herbal flavour that balances the sweetness of the malt.
