Lord Hakkera is a Kusari Potentate who is a Prefect of Honshu. He aids the Order as an agent in Kusari and plays a crutial part in the attack of Tekagis fortress. He assembles the blood dragons for this major task and ensures the Nomads dont get a foothold in Kusari. To this day he remains loyal with the Order and the Kusari people and is a true hero of the Nomad Wars.
