Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Büro der Marineintelligenz (BDM), the Rheinland Military intelligence agency, who:
- Can destroy traders in Rheinland who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Rheinland is at war with if the trader refuses to drop all cargo and leave Rheinland.
- Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply
- Cannot enter Kusari, Bretonia, Gallia or the Omicron, Sigma and Tau systems
- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence
- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with Rheinland unlawfuls against non-Rheinland pirate or military invasions
- Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
- Cannot trade or escort traders
- Cannot use any ships except Rheinland or Civilian line ships
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, the Armored Transport, Gunboats
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
