Another vessel used by the Phantoms and coveted by the LSF, however the Hackers were the first to attempt to replicate the designs they had seen and again subtle but important defects caused all "Slipstream" vessels to be withdrawn. Even the Hackers have not been able to divine the causes of the problems with their replica.

The Penumbra vessel is considered a vessel capable of inflicting large damage with a small ship and is feared throughout Sirius as the Harbinger of larger Phantom forces
