The Outsider is an M24 "Imperator" Class Corsair gunboat owned and operated by Corsair Elder Ben Laowai and commanded by Corsair Commander Phillipe Alberto. Originally purchased by Elder Laowai as a means to expand his personal piracy operations the Outsider has seen several incarnations. The Original model was one of the older M26 Gunboats and this was upgraded to one of the M41 Prototypes. Initially commanded by the Elder himself it has since gone through its various upgrades up to its current model while under the command of Commander Alberto.

All Versions have seen considerable active service. It has been at various times stationed at several locations across Sirius and is currently believed to be based out of Cadiz. She has become a well known sight across the southern end of Sirius, with her Commander given a wide scope as to area of operations. She has had several reslips and has on several occasions suffered serious battle damage, as such, her primary use at this time seems to be piracy and it is estimated that she has brought her owner considerable wealth, far outstripping her net worth as a vessel.
