This base is property of Task Force Grabakr, and the administrator is Nodoka Hanamura.
Description
Established in 825 A.S., Forward Base Higan, also known as FOB Higan or simply Higan (Kusarian : お彼岸 - other side of the river, pronounced 'Hee-gahn'), is a installation that serves the purpose of a "home plate" for Nodoka Hanamura and her allies in serving their more covert activities in the name of protecting Freeport 11 and securing their interests in Omicron Delta by expunging the Core and Order from the system, in favor of either CoF or Auxesian control. The specifics of the installation are highly classified and the existence of the installation in the eyes of the public is questionable at best. Boasting advanced Radar and Electronic Warfare equipment, Higan also doubles as a Monitoring station, listening on chatter with a range exceeding 300 Lightyears, Allowing for communications within the lower omicrons and Eastern Omegas to be intercepted.
The base is not open to the public, and those found to loiter nearby or attack the installation will be ordered to leave the 3k Security Perimeter, or be destroyed.
