LPI, or Liberty Police, Inc. are donut addicted stereotypical policemen. Prone to inane bouts of random chatter on topics ranging from food to the state of toilet paper on board Kusari battleships. Not terribly deadly to foes, they nevertheless can eliminate them by sheer irritation from said chatter.
