I seem to recall in the 4.85 final announcement that Military and police forces were going to be able to use cargo ships up to 3000 units, instead of 1000 Units, Here is the Link:[1].
The good bit reads:- Transport cargo capacity limit for all military and police factions, as well as their guard factions, rised from 1000 to 3000.
So unless i am told not to, I am putting it in. Hack
