Incomplete template

Sorry about that. I didn't mean to bother. I've put all the available information from the forum in the chart, however Rheinland Laws should be updated (according to the forum, blood diamond are not illegal in Rheinland!). Thus the chart is not complete and some modifications may appears in the Rheinland collumn during the next days.
Orthography and grammar
Last point would be now to check the english language quality (I did my best but english is not my first language)
