:It doesn't matter who we ''believe'' started the war, but what the game fluff says. Ideally we need somebody who played through Starlancer to tell us who started the war, over what, how did it progress in general, and who held what at the beginning of it. Until a clear source is posted for this article, it should not be considered part of Discovery canon. --[[User:Blodo|Blodo]] 08:27, 20 September 2008 (GMT)

Good to see a new face editing wiki Arendyr. But could you read through what you write before saving the page? I mean there were a lot of spelling errors. And sometimes it was just hard trying to follow your train of thought. You might consider using shorter sentences. Also what comes a great help to me also is the Firefox 3 with it's automatic spell checker. Just make sure you download the English version of the installation package.

I corrected (not to perfect state) the first two paragraphs and then decided just to discuss it out. I think this article needs remaking. You have made new links to War of Sol and that is good. Most of the article content could be transferred there, since you describe how the war proceeds.

Don't take offense, ok? Just trying to help you here mate. --Looqas 12:23, 18 September 2008 (GMT)

You'll also need to check what history we are using. The Coalition is not dead in Discovery. Read the forums for more information on the Coalition. Search for SCRA. Chovynz 12:35, 18 September 2008 (GMT)

Right, I edited it a bit, and we need to come to a conclusion: is the extended intro canon or not? Because I asked quite a few people that and I always get conflicting answers. For now I have made it more ambiguous (that means I erased the last paragraph), we can change it back whenever it is confirmed that the extended intro is in fact canon. Good job at any rate. --Blodo 13:51, 18 September 2008 (GMT)

Ask Igiss for which history we are using in Disco. All other opinions dont matter.Chovynz 20:28, 18 September 2008 (GMT)

Not bad, but you make it seem as if the Alliance started the War of Sol. How did you find that out? There's no real answer to who started the fight. Of course, I might just be in a state of denial right now, because I refuse to believe that the Alliance (made up of democratic nations) started the war. The Coalition was run by communism, which has been, as history shows, synonomous with a totalitarian reign for ultimate power, no offense or anything. Klaw117 04:00, 20 September 2008 (GMT)

It doesn't matter who we believe started the war, but what the game fluff says. Ideally we need somebody who played through Starlancer to tell us who started the war, over what, how did it progress in general, and who held what at the beginning of it. Until a clear source is posted for this article, it should not be considered part of Discovery canon. --Blodo 08:27, 20 September 2008 (GMT)
