Bregan D'aerthe is a small quasi-legal mercenary band willing to deal with just about anyone who'll pay the right price. They prefer that all deals be made behind doors and rarely openly claim actions as their own except for to the current business partner. They are currently under the leadership of Jonas Xiamon.
