Vessels carrying this ID are controlled by an artificial intelligence, who :

Cannot fulfill bounty contracts, Can trade and escort traders, Can demand cargo but not credits, (not allowed for cruisers or larger) Can land on lawful and unlawful bases, May not fly any ships with more than 3,800 cargo space.

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, trading IDs, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Only given with permission from Admins.
