For Future Reference, ID: As a member of Ouroboros, the player bearing this ID may:

- Demand Cargo or Credits from Hostile and Unfriendly ships within their ZoI and engage them if they do not comply.

- Attack Hostile and Unfriendly ships within their ZOI.

- Attack ships in defense against factions that are not marked as hostile, unfriendly or neutral in diplomacy within their ZoI, and can attack Kempeitai, GRI, Nomads and Infectees Anywhere.

- Defend allied installations against attack both within and outside of their ZoI, latter only with valid RP reason for doing so.

- Fufill bounties or escort contracts with Allied or Friendly factions only. They may treat transports as combat targets unless they are carrying civilians (Tourists, Scientists, Refugees, Pilgrims).

- NOT fly ships with cargo capacity exceeding 4300 units, excluding the Pirate Train.

- NOT Ally with Kusari Authorities, Gallic Authorities, Order, Blood Dragons or Golden Chrysanthemums.
