Quick Reference

I suggest instead of listing houses we list regions. Liberty, Kusari, Independent Systems, and Border Worlds would be among them.I think this makes it a lot easier to get to the independent, edge, border, and nomad systems information.

Thanks, Newsun1

Houses

Since the Corsairs and the Outcasts are considered unlawful Houses, should we add them to the Houses list under the Quick Reference Section? If we can, we should either make a flag for the two factions (I don't think one exists yet) or leave a blank mini-picture there because without it, the words are off center.

The flags are being worked on. By all means add the other two houses, they should be in there.Chovynz 02:55, 3 October 2008 (MDT)

Ship Ideas

I was thinking. Since you have the old Battlestar Galacticas and the new one in your mod, why not include the Battlestar Pegasus. I have a model of it if you want it. Anyways just thought id ask. Keep up the good work and cant wait to the next version.

Main Page Layout/Format

I like how the actual layout is, but we should probably use softer colors; if you take a look at wikipedia's main page, it uses more of those, and is MUCH easier on the eyes.

Why is the text after "Other servers" in bold? I would think that the links to beginners stuff and the rules would be bolded before anything else. Sovereign 22:24, 1 June 2008 (GMT)

Forum Links

Should forum links really be must-read (that's what's currently on the page)?

The big advantage of Wikis over forums is a better overall readability. Many forum threads are cluttered with stuff useless for someone seeking information, taking it hard to read them and find the information you're looking for.

I advocate using the Wiki as the main place to store such information. If some data should not be modified, there's the possibility to protect pages. With proper linking, it should be much easier to find whatever someone is looking for.

Not doable. The forum's up for 3 years now, and most people will still be reluctant to use the wiki for posting new things.

Forum contains lots of info that won't be transferred to wiki in the nearest future. Page was intended as a source on where to seek certain forum info. For now let it be. Later link might be removed from the main page.
