Buried deep in the Siberian Ice Field, Tbilisi is the main source of H-Fuel for the Coalition. A lone gas miner captured from the GMG is used to collect the slowly evaporating planetary atmosphere and is processed on site for use by the Coalition and as needed shipping to it's major allies. Sevastopol Depot is in orbit of Tbilisi, acting as a Processing Center, Repair Facility and Secured Storage for the Coalition's supply of H-Fuel.
