Description
The Viper was originally developed by Toledo engineers. Due to lack of resources, The Order could not build more than a few ships of this type, and production was transferred to Zoners. In the recent years, Zoners, Independent Mining Guild, and Gas Mining Guild were building Vipers in small numbers for sale.
