Commander Eugen Weise is the SCRA's greatest fighter ace, although only in his own imagination. He holds the most awards for valour in combat, but also holds the greatest number of Wound Stripes. It is generally believed that he is the only BiSexual man in the SCRA ever to hit on McIntosh and get away with it.
