* Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence
 
* Can lounge about watching trade lanes while drinking Sunbucks and eating Donuts
 
* Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
 
* Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with [[Xenos]] against non-Liberty pirate or military invasions
 
* Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
 
* Cannot lawfully enter the [[Alaska]] system with an [[Liberty Navy]] or [[LSF]] escort
 
* Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo
