- 1. Can freely engage any ship in the Omicrons, except for Omicron Alpha and Omicron Gamma.
- 2. Cannot leave the Omicrons.
- 3. Cannot demand credits.
- 4. Cannot land anywhere except Nomad or Wild bases.
