Synopsis

Located within the smaller Unquera cloud, a medium-sized offshoot of the Walker nebula in Rheinland, Rhodes shipyard is well hidden and protected from any would-be invaders to this system. Silently producing the massive weapons of war to be used by the Corsairs in engagements across Sirius, Rhodes is the focal point for any capital ship construction that Tripoli Shipyard cannot handle.

Rhodes itself is a large shipyard devoted to the manufacture of capital class vessels. The total productive capability of Rhodes is three times larger than that of Tripoli. However, due to the shortage of suitable materials needed for the construction of these warships, Rhodes is currently operating at less than 20% capacity. The facilities available to Rhodes are comparable to those available to house shipyards. Sporting some of the most technologically advanced equipment, looted from various locations around Sirius, the capital ships that roll off from the Rhodes production lines are of the highest quality. Older warships can also be reconditioned and retrofitted here. Numerous weapons platforms protect the vulnerable warships under construction or refit from attack.
