Yes and no, looking at Igiss' statement. Please, everyone, look at here [1], it's an important issue.

Edited the link for [LPI], now directs to Liberty Police Incorporated (unofficial player faction).
Reason for that is we don't want the official LPI to be suspected of being unofficial. This way it removes ambiguity.
