It was founded by Morgan Hammersmith and Grou Mattar shortly after a battle between the Hellfire Legion(assisted by the Xenos) and the Liberty Navy at Fort Bush. The several capitalships present there were so caught up in the battle that the stations Baltimore Shipyard and Fort Bush were hit several times in the crossfire. While a dreadnought of the Liberty Navy which caused a reasonable part of the damage itself, but after a while decided to stand down, together with an LCBO Agent tried to evacuate the casualties, it still caused many dead and heavily injured people. This shocked the two civilians a lot and they decided to do what they can to reduce the harm that is done.
