Viktor Brandt is a member of the Buro der Marineintelligenz. Born and raised on Planet Hamburg, Viktor has two younger siblings: A brother who is working in Economics in Republican Shipping and a sister who is sick with a 'serious cancer.' He has kept their names disclosed to the public, alongside his parent's names. He revealed that his father was high ranked in Economics with Republican Shipping. Viktor lived through the Nomad War, served 7 years in the Polizei and joined the Buro in order to take part in the current Liberty vs Rheinland war. He is often inspired by his last name, Brandt, as it means fire.
