I don't know. Maybe because it's not supposed to be one of those kind of threads?

Now, back on track, Another question, could new animal species found on inhabited planets be created by players similar like they create their characters?

Would give a nice RP addition in my opinion. Having ZOOs, trophy hunts, or even some high ranked individuals owning some rancor like monsters as pets as well as other stuff

To be honest, the idea of animals being frozen in the sleeper ships is pretty illogical and inefficient so far as room goes. Much more likely that they'd have kept comprehensive gene banks for useful plants and animals so they could release them onto any habitable planets they discovered. So you'd have a whole lot of clones, and divergent ancestors of clones.

Then there's the native wildlife too.

Why not. I've seen people RPing having dogs, cats, polar bears. Didn't seem too strange.

From other's roleplay, I've heard that there exist cats, dogs and polar bears.
I guess some people took their pets with them.

Ah and there is "Gaian Wildlife" for example. Don't know what other sirian animals exist. But I there must be a whole lot for sure.

Definitely polar bears!
For me at least I found him wandering on California minor around the equator of the planet.
I guess maybe since they were becoming endangered or what not they took them on sleeper ships or DNA or something and took it with them and let them go on other planets.

I also RP with a crow too that my other char found wounded.
