Description
Obsidian Zoetic is an independent zoner group formed by an unknown council of rich zoners. The Obsidians, as they call themselves are mainly a group of ex war veterans from the battle of Toledo as well as various other wars. They aim to secure Omicron Zeta and transform it in a safe haven and an independent merchant hub by seeking the roots of the nomad invasion and researching any technology that might give mankind a fighting chance against the nomads.
History
Before Obsidian Zoetic
Before founding the Obsidian Zoetic, a small group of rich zoners, named the Zodiacs, created a charity foundation called Ophelia's Zigote. The foundation aimed to aid war refugees across Sirius and Gallia. Do to the high secrecy of the foundation little is known about it's actions and if it is still running. However trough the Ophelia's Zigote program, Mikrosh Ancestor, a former independent zoner that lost almost everything with the fall of Toledo, came to meet the rich zoners behind the charity foundation. Soon, Mikrosh managed to make himself appreciated in the eyes of the Zodiacs, convincing them to set up a base in Omicron Zeta.
Project "Terra Ultra Silvam"
Soon after Mikrosh Ancestor convinced the Zodiacs to attempt and colonize Omicron Zeta, he formed up a team of skilled scientists and started to explore Omicron Zeta. In the exploration process Mikrosh was assisted by Mrs Collin O'hanna an ex-mercenary and Mr Lucky Radler an independent merchant. After four months of exploration they have started to build a forward base in the Chuuk Asteroid Field, Sector 7B. The base was named Transilvanya after an ancient zone from the Sol system that was surrounded by mountains. The base served as headquarters and as a depot for a bigger project, Stella Fortis. In the 6th month of 819, Transilvanya was disassembled and it's parts where used to build shelters on the surface of Murilo.
Project "Stella Fortis"
After the new zoner group founded Transilvanya their activity started to increase in Omicron Zeta. With the endless amounts of credits the Zodiacs where investing in the project, the new zoner group managed to advance their operations with an high speed. Therefor Star Fortress was built in no time, acting as both their research facility and their new headquarters. With the help of Task Force 141 and with a powerful shield mounted on the facility, the new zoners could finally get some rest without having to worry about nomad attacks and think about the future.
Within the safe walls of the Star Fortress, the new zoner group started to take an advanced shape and become more than just a simply exploration team. They organized themselves as a merchant and research faction with a small militaristic influence, under the name Obsidian Zoetic.
