Pilots
From Discovery Wiki
Jump to navigationJump to searchPilots are commodity items of sorts that can not be bought from any base. All player destroyed NPC ships drop a pilot, which can be tractored in or left there to freeze to death. Pilots can be grouped into pirates, authority, civilian, others and capital ship pilots. Generally factions pay well for their own pilots but their enemies will pay better. Carrying lawful pilots in holds is a criminal offense in all houses. Also bounty hunters are interested in pirate pilots and demand their drop.
Note: Some of the descriptions below are not exactly as they appear in game, they have been corrected for typos and grammar.
