Jardin is a peculiar planet that has an old inactive core, making it virtually lifeless in geological terms. The world once had a thick atmosphere, but had lost it long ago. Currently its atmosphere is very thin, consisting mainly of inert gases that condense to liquid when it gets cold enough. Jardins' surface is almost fully covered with asteroid impact craters. Jardin has two relatively large moons, La Fouillouse and La Ricamarie, with similar geological histories.
