Saint-Calais is a dwarf planet located within the Sarthe Ice Field. In the past it was the core part of a much larger planet that was destroyed, possibly due to a planetoid impact, The huge Sarthe field mostly consists of icy debris that was once part of the planet's crust. Saint-Calais itself has no distinguishable atmosphere, and its surface is fully covered with asteroid impact craters.
