Beliefs
The Church worship Archangels by the names Asha, Varda and Caïssa. Each of them guards different aspects of the Church moral value model known as the Hedron. The faith of the worshipers is very closely related to the ancient Earth mythologies of Greece and Rome, treating the Arcangels as symbols of unity, tradition and alliance rather than existing beings.
Asha
Asha, known as the Archangel of Hope, is the most significant figure in the Church mythology. She is attributed the apocalyptic poem, the holiest text of the Church, Asha's Prophecy, which to date has been studied and interpreted in various ways by many Corsair scholars. Asha patrons the common Corsair people - the ones building the foundation of the Cretean society. She patrons the Omicron systems and her main temple is located in the city of Cayambe on Planet Crete.
Varda
Varda, the Battle Seraph, is the patron of the Corsair military, its fleet and its power. Many prayers directed to Varda come from the Corsair pirates and CNS ships. Varda's symbol, the Maya, is a melee whip-like weapon with which she symbolically smites the enemies of the Corsair empire. The main temple of Varda, the Coliseum, is located in the city of Salinas on Planet Crete. She patrons the Omega systems.
Caïssa
The cult of Caïssa is the smallest and the most spread out. Caïssa patrons the Corsair leaders, generals, tacticians and diplomats - the upper echelons of the Corsair society. She is often depicted carrying a book or a chessboard. There aren't any large temples of Caïssa, however the largest concentration of her believers is located on the Lagos Depot. She patrons the Sigma systems and her symbol is a chess queen.
The Hedron
The Hedron represents the values and morals of the Corsairs that are to be followed by its worshipers. Each two edges of the Hedron are guarded by one of the Archangels.

- Battle, Duty - Varda
- Reason, Alliance - Caïssa
