The initial structures are simple prefabricated modules, but most of the city has been constructed below the surface, where it is somewhat protected from the harsh arctic climate. A large portion of the Crayter Republics civilians have temporarily settled here, bringing the colony to a staggering (for an arctic world) 175.000 individuals.
