The moon orbiting Alcara has one of the most mineral-rich deposits found on Outcast space today. Metals of all sorts are mined from Terre and transported to Cartagena where they are transformed into all manner of ship parts. These pieces are then assembled into Sabres, Falcatas, Scimitars, Tridents, destroyers, dreadnoughts, and battleships. All of these warships go toward expanding the Orange Dream.
