AoM: "Make the Diamond/Niobium run New Berlin-Kyushu less profitable. Increase Artifact prices at Trafalgar, Yanagi, Kreuzberg up to 700 - 1000". Mineable commodities price increase. Reducing bots and bats seems to be a general requirement. Simplier way, however, is removing armor upgrades completely. Thruster timing reduction.
