The Blood Dragon Gunboat design bears a strong resemblance with the Kusari Naval Forces gunboat model that was decommissioned in 690-700 A.S. Many of those ships were stolen by the Blood Dragons to aid in their struggle against Kusari government. As time passed by, the Dragons started to build their own gunboats in Mito; the gunboats were in many ways similar to the old Navy prototypes.
