The Medics are a loosely affiliated group of civilian pilots and doctors. They modified their ships to house medical equipment and fly through the whole of Sirius and treat absolutely -everyone-, regardless of who they are, where they come from, what they do, and what they believe. They are not interested in politics, only in saving lives.

History

The Medics have only a very short history as they are a quite new and small organisation. It was founded by Morgan Hammersmith and Grou Mattar shortly after a battle between the Hellfire Legion(assisted by the Xenos) and the Liberty Navy at Fort Bush. The several capitalships present there were so caught up in the battle that the stations Baltimore Shipyard and Fort Bush were hit several times in the crossfire. While a dreadnought of the Liberty Navy which caused a reasonable part of the damage itself, but after a while decided to stand down, together with an LCBO Agent tried to evacuate the casualties, it still caused many dead and heavily injured people. This shocked the two civilians a lot and they decided to do what they can to reduce the harm that is done. They modified their ships, an Anki and a Moldy Crow, to serve as highly mobile medbays. In their short existence several other people joined them and they have received many donations of people ranging from the Fleed Admiral of the Bretonia Armed Forces to a young Scylla captain. Many people sympathize with them, since they treat everyone no matter who they are and keep themselves completely out of all politics. Grou Mattar has decided to retreat himself from the Medics due to personal matters.

Morgan Hammersmith's Moldy Crow. This is one of the two original vessels of the Medics. Small, agile yet with sufficient cargo hold to transport wounded persons safely to a hospital.

The Anki of Grou Mattar. This is the other original vessel, with more space for equipment, but less speed than The Jarl. Grou Mattar retreated himself from the Medics.

Another Pelican. This one is seen less often, but is still considered a valuable asset to the Medics.

Diplomacy

The Medics are neutral to most factions due to the fact that almost everyone needs them. You aren't going to shoot the doctor that you might need a few minutes later.
